I don't think there's an age restriction, if there is its probably 18. I'm pretty sure it isn't regulated (yet) so I don't think there are limits to who can use it.

usually you have to be 18 to go in a smoke shop which is where they sell it like in little vials. and to buy anything in a smoke shop you gotta be 18.

Saliva aka spit, is a digestive fluid produced in the mouth. I don't know if it is POSSIBLE to smoke it. I don't want to know WHY anyone would want to.
