How is Howard University's science program?

Question

I am a Biology major and I'm looking to transfer to Howard next fall. I'm getting everything prepared now. I wanted to know about their science department. I guess, basically, is Howard a good school to attend for my major? i really wanted to go to a HBCU and as I was looking for schools for my field, Howard came up. If so, Why? Thank you.
