Child support is supposed to be used for the child, food, clothes, roof over your heard etc. Maybe you should say to your mom "I know your putting the money you get from my father towards me by keeping a roof over my head and feeding me-but is there anyway I can get a little each month to do some extra things I want to do."

No that law doesn't exist. Child support goes to support the child. Shelter, food, heat, clothes and doctors and so on. Think of it this way. If 3 people live in a house and the monthly bills come to 1800 then each persons part would be 600. Sit down and talk to your mom. Maybe an allowance can be worked out. Maybe your mom is having a hard time and all the money goes to meeting your basic needs.

The money paid in child support is for the expense of caring for the child on a monthly basis. So unless you are looking to utilize that money your portion of food, housing, medical expenses, etc then no you have no legal right to the money.
btw, typically the child support money does not come near the expenses required to care for a child.

No, you only have rights when you become an adult which is 18 but the support will stop when you turn 18. Catch 22. Earn it the old fashioned way and mow lawns or do odd jobs like everyone else.

Sorry 'bout your luck kiddo!! But......NO.....!!!
(I tried that one myself....!) Do you have an "allowance"?? You may be able to get that....but the money from your Dad goes to put food in your stomach and clothes on your back! Not to mention any 'toys' or 'games' you may have -and the computer you've used to write this!! Look around your home, at EVERYTHING YOU have -I'm betting your MOM paid for most everything right??!? Who bought YOUR underwear? Who buys YOUR toothbrush and toothpaste? Who does YOUR laundry? (Pays for the laundry soap, etc...) Who puts 'gas' in the car or pays for bus tickets for YOU to go places?..... See? YOU DO "get a percent of the money"!!! (I KNOW that's NOT what you mean.......!)
My daughter and her friend go 'door-to-door' (in OUR neighbourhood and NEVER alone!) and do 'odd jobs' for people! She rakes leaves, cuts grass, washes cars, washes pets and walks dogs....She gets quite a bit of money!!! Why not see if your Mom will let you do that? Or why not get a 'Paper Route'? (Ask for an allowance if you don't have one.)You could always rob a bank! NO!!!! I'm kidding , DON'T do that!!!!
Good luck!!!

No law I'm afraid.
and to be honest, that money is paid to your Mum to support you...food, clothes, school stuff, dinners..the list goes on and I don't expect it covers nearly enough for you really.
The only way I would suggest you get extra money is by earning it, thats what most kids do
Ask Mum if she will pay you to do some extra chores...or wash cars, mow lawns..

Absolutely no way! This money is for a portion of your food clothing , schooling, electricity, medical care etc. It is for your upkeep, not for you to play with. It is very expensive to raise a child and you are costing more each year.

The $ is supposed to be used for you, not by you.
I doubt you'll get your grubby little hands on it.

You are legally entitled to all of it, But have no vote as to how it is to be spent on you. Your legal guardian is responsible for this (i.e. your mother!)
