Of course, you did have to read all the way to paragraph four (way past the headline) to find this, so perhaps that was the problem.

That would be up to the people of his home district. Just because he was exhonerated by a Republican leaning court doesn't mean he is totally free of suspicion in trying to pull dirty tricks.
The Republicans in California are trying something along those same lines. Rather than winner take all they want electoral votes based on counties. There are more Red than Blue counties in California but the population of the state is mostly concentrated in the Blue counties. Governor Schwarzenegger scolded them for trying to cheat and showing how pathetic and desparate they are. I am liking Governor Arnold "terminator" Schwarzenegger more and more all the time.

No, there's a strong case against him for money laundering that has yet to be tried. Delay's career in "public" service is over.
