Got 2 apps. on file and I'm desperate for help. Would it be smart to hire a black or even a Mexican? I don't want to make a huge mistake and lose bussiness because my employees aren't white.

seriously?

I say you should be fired & one of them should take your job. Someone as ignorant & racist as you seem to be should not be in any position of power.

You should hire whoever is the most qualified regardless of their skin color. Also instead of looking at how you may lose business because your employee may not be white think about the other side of customers you will target with a black or Hispanic employee.

Race should not be considered...unless you have a white applicant, then by law you are to hire the minority candidate over a white candidate.

Equal rights for all...except whites.

Where do you work? I find it hard to believe that you can be so racist and ignorant (spelling and otherwise) and still be running a business. And if you're doing the hiring for someone else, they need to know you're putting them in jeopardy.

Or you're just trolling.

Two points for me, troll.

Do your background check and chose the one with the best history. Ask for references and check them. Just basic business 101.

there's good blacks and mexicans and there's bad blacks and mexicans. you'd better hire them, then pray they're the good kind. if you don't hire them at all, you could be sued for racist hiring practices.

Race should not be a part of your hiring process.
