I love Cena either way but he'd be SO MUCH COOLER as a heel. Now the kid's ruined it. WWE will never let him turn now.

cena wont turn heel anytime soon, not just b/c hes nominated for the KIDS CHOICE AWARDS but b/c hes in a feud w/ orton who is a heel and a title match is never heel vs. heel

No. Consider how many award shows The Rock did before and after he turned heel, and remember how many times HHH has turned.
One thing writers are good for is making the fans forget where the wrestlers "hearts were at"

Not really. That just makes him all the more heelish when he turns on his child fans. Besides, I don't think a UK Kid's Choice Nomination is really going to influence the booking team.
