I felt like I was having period cramps. Bad. BAD period cramps. To the point where they woke me up. It wasn't a constant pain, it was definitely on and off. I'm only 27 weeks, so I'm hoping it wasn't contractions... but I ended up going back to sleep and when I woke up I was fine. So I really doubt that contractions part. But..Braxton-Hicks? I wasn't aware that they were actually PAINFUL? Anyone else know what it could've been?

Round tendons hurt like that too. Especially when you've been laying on one side all night.

Braxton hicks can be painful, for me they were very much so.

So long as they have stopped you're fine.

Generally period like cramps are the feeling of your cervix changing which shouldnt happen until later, BUT if you're like me and got horrific cramps each month you're actual labor feels the same, and so do braxton hicks.

I would have your doctor check your cervix at your next visit, or go in and be seen if they get worse.

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and I have the identical factor. I've had that because the very commencing. Mine are sinus complications. I'm now not definite if that is what yours is but when your head is hurting like within the entrance of you head (you could have sinuses there). If that is the case then they would be going away when you stand up considering the fact that your sinuses drain when you get upright. I might ask your health care professional approximately your crisis simply to be certain that is what it's. My health care professional informed me sudafed is alright to take in the course of being pregnant to unstop your head. She additionally mentioned I would take tylenol pm. The tylenol will support with the soreness and that still comprises benadryl for the allergic reaction element of it. Or you would take simple benadryl. I have the main issue virtually on a everyday bases so I have a tendency to manage it up to feasible earlier than resorting to remedy considering the fact that it makes me worried however I'm most of the time over paranoid and also you must do what's correct for you. If I do take some thing, I've fiqured out that one tylenol pm does the exceptional task. If it's sinus complications then raising your head extra at the same time you sleep will permit your sinuses to empty at the same time you sleep so that you do not need a stopped up head whilst you get up.

If they stopped then you should be fine, but it never hurts to check with your doctor just to make sure. You don't want to take any chances when it comes to your unborn baby. Congrats on the little one, and I hope the up coming weeks go well for you.
