Israel is not a communist nation. You have been severely misled and should sincerely ask Jesus to help cleanse your soul.

So I guess you'll also be voicing concern about the billions America also gives to Iraq? And Saudi Arabia? And Germany?
You also have your figures wrong.
America helps Israel for several reasons, not least of which is that this is the right thing to do. Israel is one tiny, tiny country surrounded by hostile nations, and on constant red alert because of terrorism. She is, apart from Turkey, the only democracy in the middle east.
Now, presumably you are not anti democracy?
So the only other thing that makes Israel different is that it's a predominantly Jewish country. Are you anti Jewish, then?
As for communism: the early Jewish settlers did live a communist lifestyle, after a fashion, in that kibbutzim are a kind of communism in action, where in theory all are equal, and all share in the workload etc.
Now, though, most Israelis don't live on kibbutzim.

Well, we may not send actually money, but we do send help/support in many ways that can be valued in the Millions. The U.S. isnt dumb or else we the people would elect a President like Bush, oops! No, really, we benefit from having an Ally in the Middle East because thats where the oil is, and if we are closer to oil and take out any countries that can stop us from that (Iraq-Done, Iran-In Progress), we will be the dominate Nation in the World! Pretty crazy but the Truth!

It's "only" about 3 billion in direct aid and another 3 or 4 billion in loan guarantees. The idea was to make sure Israel could defend itself. Israel now has at least 200 nukes and the 3rd or 4th largest air force and submarine fleet in the world, so they don't really need our money. A very small amount of the aid also goes to refugees from Russia.

We do it because we are a Christian nation and just incase that whole Jesus thing is right we have to have our money in the right place. I dont think its 500 billion. I would need to see documentation of that.

You have an extra "0" on that figure. It is 50 Billion. And Israel is not Communist.
Because the AIPAC has the second strongest lobby in congress (second only to the AARP, and yes the NRA is only number 3). To date, they have "donated" 12 Billion to both parties.
