A sports hernia occurs when there is a weakening of the muscles or tendons of the lower abdominal wall.

A hernia is like A tear, and it cant repair itself, it is caused by heavy lifting, stuff like that, but a sports hernia can be cause my over exerting yourself in sports, working out alot, etc. etc.


Actually im not even sure if im completly right, but its something along those lines, i've had five of them though.
