well... you cant simply download a flash player for it. it has one built in, and to activate it you can either download the file from sony, or you can simply get on the internet.
other downloads depend completely on what firmware you have.
if you have a custom firmware there are hundreds of sites that you can download nearly any application from.
if you dont have custom firmware, then there really isnt much you can use.
