They broke the mould when they made him. This character is one of my all time favourite characters in non fiction. It is a pity that Harper Lee didn't continue writing using this amazing character. He could keep to the small town locale without doing a Mr. Deeds and going to Washington and we still would have kept on loving him.

Yeah, he's one of my favorite characters in the book besides Scout and Jem. Dill's pretty cool too. I'm supposed to finish reading that book today and I have 150 pages to go. Ugh.

What's not to love? Honest, got a good sense of right and wrong...will shoot a rabid dog AND face down an angry mob...plus looks like Peck....*sigh* he's my hero...
