how do you know if your boyfriend is committed?

my boyfriend says hes in love with me but how do i know if he really means it?

Trust in him that he means what he says.
Does he show that he is committed to you?
Actions speaks louder than words sometimes.
Does he show you that he cares?♥
Has he done something to make you think other wise?

I'm not trying to be smart when I say this...
If you have to ask this question then I think you know deep down that you can't trust him. However, if this question is general I would say that you won't know until you truly need him. Good luck!
