You can go to Islands of adventure one day and then experience the nightlife at CityWalk right outside the park.
http://www.universalorlando.com/ioa_index.html
You can also visit WinterPark, A very nice town outside Orlando. Do some shopping on Park Avenue. Go visit Art Museums at Rollins College. The Morse Museum actually houses the largest collection of Tiffany Glass. You also have to see Überbot, which is a comic and vynil toy shop in the Winter Park Village. At night you should check out the new and trendy, Tatame Tea and Sake Lounge. They usually have live local music and art shows in the evenings.

Also if you're into indie films and such, Check out the Enzian Theater [on Orlando Ave, as you're leaving witer Park and entering Maitland]
This is a very nice dinner theater that shows new indie films every month or so.

Some other things you could check out is WonderWorks, the upside-down mansion on International Drive.
Also in that Area, if you're there during the right time and are into comics, sci-fi and anime MegaCon is held at the Orange County Convention Center sometime in Feb-March [not sure when...]

To be elementary, basically seeing Key Largo does not recommend you have considered the Florida Keys, it is incredibly an extention of Miami. in the Florida Keys, there is the Dolphin study middle, Marathon, Key West is loaded with activities, like Ernest Hemmingway's living house/Museum, Southern-maximum factor, Key West Aquarium(I puppy a shark once I went there). Miami has an incredible zoo. there is likewise the Miccosukee Indian Village. have you ever considered doing the everglades? I somewhat have some very fond thoughts of basically strolling via and looking out some endangered animals(timber storks, alligators, roseate spoonbills, etc) i'm specific you should locate some new and exciting issues to do.

I suggest Medieval times. The shows are great and there is no animal cruelty. My family and I went the last time we went to Disney and we had a great time. The actors really put on a good show. Also wet and wild, downtown disney, disney quest, and the Titanic Museum are awesome!
Best of luck and have fun!

Check out the site below for some "off the beaten path" ideas for things to do in the Orlando area

I'd also remember that all of the attractions in Orlando are constantly changing, so just because you've been once doesn't mean you would have the exact same experience every time you go.

I live in Florida, though the only vacation I have ever been on is Daytona Beach. If you like beaches check out Daytona. You may like Disney or Sea world, I personally have never been there but always great feedback.
