What's the certain amount of volunteer work, gpa, sat and act scores, acitvitys, clubs and advanced classes, that stanford requires?

I don't really like private universities, because there are so many great public schools that are much more reasonably priced ... especially in California! But since you asked, here's what Stanford is looking for:
Application Essay
SAT is required (scores between 1800 - 2250)
SAT Subject Tests are optional, but highly recommended
High class rank (85th percentile and up)
High GPA (3.5+)
A LOT OF MONEY FOR TUITION.
There are no specific requirements for volunteer hours, activities, clubs, or advanced classes. They do, however, prefer applicants to have completed a number of volunteer hours and to have had a rigorous high school curriculum.

The site that I gave you in response to your other question will answer this one, too.
But basically, you need a GPA over 3.8 with a weighted GPA over 4.0, lots of AP and Honors classes, SAT scores in the 2200+ range, rank in class better than top 10%, lots of extracurricular activities and a killer admissions essay.
Even then, you might not get in. 90% of those who apply are probably qualified to get in -- but only 10% actually get admitted. That means that over three quarters of qualified applicants are rejected.
