Look up Zecharia Sitchin's website and work. He goes into great detail about mars and the ancient sumerian civilization. Alot of skepticism out there, so go with your gut feeling on it.

I think you've been misinformed.
There is no evidence of a city, human face, or pyramids "identical to Earth's" on Mars.
The orbiters around Mars have taken high-resolution images (resolution of objects to about a meter across) of almost the entire planet.
The "face" is an eroded hill that looked like a face due to the shadows and angles of the erosion.
The "pyramids" are small volcanoes (similar to cinder cones).
There is no city - no ruins, no streets, no obviously-artificial rocks or stones.

Time to accept the reality as it is today - if there were Martians, they are either long dead or long gone. And they left nothing on the surface for us to see.
When we land manned missions there and start exploring the caves and canyons we may find evidence of intelligent inhabitants. But until we have evidence, let go of 1950's science fiction.

There is no 'Cydonian City'. It's a bunch of hills and rock formations. There are no 'pyramids identical to Earth's' nor is the face actually anything like a face when viewed in halfway decent detail. The desire of some people to cling on to some old, low-res images when presented with far better images that show it is all just natural rock is quite unfathomable to me.

The "city" is nothing more than some interesting rocks and hills. It may look vaguely artificial, but it is actually all natural formations. The latest ultra-detailed space craft images clearly show that.

Just the imaginations of wishful thinkers.

No different from seeing castles in the clouds.

You are assuming that the 'Men In Black' will ever allow us to develop the technology to do so.
