I live in california,
how come it's legal to make a scene when terminating an employee? in front of all employees

Your employer cannot change YOUR availability, but they can stop working around it....

It depends. If it's an integral part of the contract, and the employer changing that makes it difficult to continue the job as you worked it before, then you may have grounds for a constructive dismissal complaint.

They can if you do not have a contract. If you live in a "right to work" State, they can do anything they want.

yes they can. lf the other employee`s been there longer then you then they`ll get most of the hours of work.
