What color shirt would look nice with black trouser suit, what footwear n what color? I'm 5.3" tall, brunette

I'm also a size 12. Besides this, i need to stitch a couple of trouser suits. What style, coat length, trouser cut would work for me?

I always like a bright color shirt with a black suit...blue, pink, red. As for the cut, because of your height I would keep the jacket length right above your hips, just long enough to cover the waistband of your pants. I would make the jacket fitted at the waist as opposed to a straight cut to accentuate the waist. The pants should have a wide leg and be worn with a pointed toe shoe - black to match the pants, this will elongate your legs and make them appear thinner than they are (which is always nice!)

We need more details to recommend suit styles - like proportions [ measurements ], eye and skin color, etc.
But, if you look good in black, you probably also look good in gray and navy. Suggest best neutrals for suits, then add tops in your best brights and pastels. Since you appear to be a COOL, try:
white, pinks, cherry red, coral, lemon yellow, mint, jade, forest, sky, royal, smoke, and navy blue, lavender, plum, grays, black, and silver jewelry.
1] Tops should be feminine and attractive, but not too sexy.
V, U, scoop and boat necks will draw attention to upper half, if that is what you want to emphasize.
