I'm sure it will drop to a around 4.4 is you keep working at it.

My best was a 4.4 at your age. Now with so many injuries and other problems along with age, only 22, my best is 4.9-5 flat.

You probably won't improve much. Speed is not something you can learn, you either have it naturally or you don 't. As you age you'll gain muscle but along with that you'll also gain some weight. I'd say your senior time will be a 4.5 at best.

As a 5' 10", 190 lb. freshman I ran a 4.65. After 4 years of lifting weights, running track, and growing I ran a 4.5 as a senior at 6' 2" and 220 lbs.

Your time 3 years from now depends on you. A couch potato will get slower a hard worker should get faster.

When I played the 100 yd dash was the measure, I ran a 9.9-10.0, 30+ years ago. Now if I have to go over 40 yards I drive.

Are you serious? You want people who have never seen you, don't know what you look like, and don't know what your build is to guess what your 40 yard dash speed will be in 3 or 4 years? How do you think anyone will even come close to guessing what it will be? This is a ridiculous question.
