I have lived all over the country and everywhere I go ppl ask: "where are you from?" Being a natural mimic I pick up everything. Every state has its accent just as does every country in Europe.

No. It's all a matter of perspective. I'm from Ohio but my extended family, including my parents, originated from Pittsburgh. We'd always ask our cousins where they got their accents....they'd laugh and say "we aint got no accents...yinz do"...lol

I especially like the accents from England, Scotland, and Australia. Oh, and Wales of course ;-)

I don't think they talk funny. I think they talk like everyone else. Maybe people just have different opinions.

I haven't noticed anything weird about they way they talk... I have family, and friends there!!
