A judge signed a court Order based on what he thought was an agreement of the parties with regards to equitable distribution. Thus far, I have refused to accept this settlement ? When is the judge's Order no longer valid ?

No. The only thing you can do is go back to court with a copy of your divorce order and re-ask for equitable distribution of property. I have a feeling this will take a lawyer and would probably be expensive. Go to a lawyer who will listen to you case in one visit at no charge.

There is no statute of limitations. It stands until you file for a change. At such time, you are still responsible for any past judgements. If you are waiting for something to happen, don't, you are just building up past debts if there are any.
