If it won't crank over at all, clean the battery cable internal connections to the battery posts and buy a new battery if yours is 5 or more years old. If it cranks but won't start and run, check for spark with the tester below. Honda had problems with their distributor bearings and ignitors (ignition modules) failing which would cause a loss of spark and the car would crank the starter over (with a good battery and battery cables), but not fire the cylinders and start the engine running. If that's your problem, it's best to replace the whole distributor. Get a jump start to drive to the auto parts store and have your battery and charging system tested for free and a new battery installed.

Take it to a shop (sears) have the battery load-tested

That will tell you whether you have a problem with;
1) battery
2)alternator
3) starter
4) something you did

Hard to tell without more details, take it to a shop and have them check it out
