More often than not, Big Biz isn't buying X-boxes and cigaretts and booze when it knows it should better spend the money on something else.
By giving away free healthcare, you are taking the responsibility away from the individual and giving it to big government.
Also, it isn't "free". Not only will hard-working tax payers have to shell out more money for other people to recieve heathcare, but now you have a whole new government agency that has employees, buildings, offices, vehicles, etc. that needs funded. You are looking at an increase of over 30% in taxes to get this thing going.

Universal healthcare has created more problems than it has solved. Look at the wait times for routine surgery in Canada and the UK.
helping out any business helps the economy. Univerasal Healthcare will destroy the healthcare and insurance sectors of the economy, creating a massive depression.
