No, because of your age. Do you understand what emancipation is exactly? You need an attorney or a social worker to petition the courts on your behalf and show that you are capable of taking care of yourself. Emancipation is very difficult in Ohio unless you are a ward of the state.
If you are in a bad situation go to an adult you trust for help - there are other options. At 13 there is no way that you are prepared to take care of yourself all by yourself.
Take care of yourself.

You will have to check with the laws in Ohio governing emancipation. Once emancipated....you will be responsible for everything. Your parents will no longer have to provide for you anything what so ever. In other words, you will have to pay for your own room and board, get a job and if you do anything against the law, you can be held responsible and tried as an adult because you are emancipated.
According to this website, Ohio does not have any emancipation status so you are out of luck.

Not exactly. You need to get an attorney and petition the courts. In your case, it would not be an emancipation, it would be a plea to live somewhere other than with your parents. Emancipation includes being able to leave school and get a job to support yourself.

You'd have to have a truly compelling reason to emancipate yourself and be able to convince a court that it's the best thing for you. Without knowing more about your personal situation, I'd say no.

Are you in the military? Are you some sort of child prodigy like an actor? Do you have a steady job with enough income and savings to support yourself for 5 years?
If the answer to those questions is no, then you cannot.

Not a snowballs chance in hell at 13.
You would have to prove that you can provide for yourself: home, food, money, essentials, etc - as well as have the maturity to live independently.
You're 13 - you can't even legally work yet - you have no chance of proving the ability to provide for yourself.
