and it will probably be taken out of my security deposit. Obviously, it will be quite a bit of money and my wife and I don't have the funds for this to happen, is there any way that I can fix this problem either by coming up with another excuse to tell the apartment community or and DIY ways to fix the carpet. It's about a foot and a half long maybe an inch thick and is coming from the wall to the middle of the hallway, near the garage door. That's the best description possible. Thanks a lot.

I was the contractor for an agent that had 125 condos in Vegas, he had a young man that owned a Dobie, he locked him up in an empty bedroom everyday before going to work. The Dobie eventually ate the carpet around the door out, this happen over a period of time, maybe six or eight months, not a few days like he tried to say. It was very apparent.

There were other signs of "Pee" and stains in the room, the carpet was brand new, the unit was new, it was a 185 K unit. The man had a three grand deposit down. The carpet was replaced, he was given a thirty day eviction notice and, the rest of the deposit was held until after a final examination.

If you want to talk with the land lord try, he may go along with you to save a problem, if you've been a good tenant and haven't been a problem. It saves him time and money.
