Do you think the programs like vista manager,tuneup utilities,ace utilities make any difference in your pc performance?

I can't say that I have used any of those programs, but I generally do not use tune-up programs. I usually just make sure my computer is as clean as possible. Uninstall any un-needed programs (or better yet) never install them in the first place, make sure my antivirus is up to date, maybe run ad-aware to clean up adware, perhaps a defrag every now and then...
and that is generally it for me.

If you get the right PC optimizer it does help. They keep your computer clean of all the excess baggage you don't need and make minor repairs to your registry that if not kept in good shape can cause trouble.
