odds are low:
1st females are 50% of the population,
then balcks are 11% of the population,
then homosexuals are a smaller subset,
then you need to find one interested in politics,
then you need to find one that is charismatic,
then you need to find one that connects with a large number of people,
then they need to get their party's nomination,
then they need to have a good campaign, etc., etc.


In the end, it is just a small subset of the population, so odds are against it.
