Well, I don't know if they still do it and I never went to it before the change over, but I know the amusement park that became Six Flags New England used to have a Halloween theme in October. They might still do so since becoming Six Flags New England. But I'd go more around Salem, Mass. Halloween's rather big there, considering what Salem is like on a regular basis that's not a big surprise.
