Theoretically, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, however once an opinion is expressed, you leave yourself open to ridicule by those that disagree with you,

It is true that the opinion of an uninformed or irrational person may be useless or even harmful.
However, saying that anybody has no "right" to an opinion is dangerous.
It is best to allow everybody to express an opinion, and to allow the free give-and-take of information to let people decide.
Of course, there are times and places when it is not appropriate to give an opinion, out of civility or for other reasons.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion- but they shouldn't always express it, and rarely should they act on it if it hurts other people.

I would say everyone has there own opinion even if they are incompetent. The same as Mark Fultz. who is the chief researcher. It is his opinion that 38% of our society shouldn't probably speak because stupid falls out.
Opinions are like *** holes everyone has one.

Apparenty so - I hear many of them every day, any opinions that don't match mine are taken away and disposed of accordingly.
Personal opinions - exactly that.
