The only inorganic compounds in the list are H2SO4 (sulfuric acid) and HNO3 (nitric acid). The reason they are not organic is because they contain no carbon. All the other substances are derived from living organisms, and they contain carbon because everything alive contains carbon.

They are all organic compounds except sulphuric (H2SO4)and nitric (HNO3) acids which are inorganic and often described as mineral acids.
