I am Irish/Native American, but I do not necessarily call for Celtic deities' assistance in my spells. Nor do I call for the Great Spirit. I hold that deity is both male and female and the names and pantheons are just arche-types.

Even when making Holy Water, I use the Rituale Romonum of the Catholic Church.

Does anyone else hold similar beliefs?

You just asked this. :D

Yes, I am also a non-theistic Pagan. To me, the gods are archetypes and used primarily for symbolism.

I am pagan and do not hold to any specific pantheon. I tend to use what is convenient at the time, as I see deities as little more than massive egregores that have no specific creator. They each have certain charactersistics programmed into them and given energy by worship. I call on whatever diety (which rarely occurs) happens to have the characteristics I am looking for at that moment.

I do. I am mexican, and sometimes in our rituals we'll call the mexica or mayan deities if the date has any special bonus to do so. I have a thing for celtic deities, but sometimes I like to work with egyptian deities. I also believe they are arche-types, and sometimes I relate to an arque-type more easily than other days or other arque-types, depending on many factors. But all in all, we are all calling the assistance of the same God, call it what you like.

Considering that Wicca is a recent phenomenon that merely acculturates pagan rituals, it is by, definition, a smattering of older beliefs in an inaccurate context. So calling on the maximum of possibilities would be the most honest way to go.

I believe that deities are real. Both of my patrons are "Celtic", but one is Gaulish and one Irish. I am not Irish or French at all (although I'm English, Scottish, Welsh and Dutch, all part of the larger Celtic lands) and do not see my ethnicity as particularly applicable.

I'm also a non-theistic pagan who views deities as archetypes. My spiritual views are much more Taoist, in point of fact.

But paganism provides a satisfying approach to everyday spiritual practice that jives with my views of cyclical thinking, meditation, celebration of life, and the summoning and direction of energy.

Sort of. My mom taught me the "old religion" and my dad was Native American.

It's a mish mosh, but close:)
