A 23 year old intern is wearing a see through mini dress and obviously no slip. I know it is not for me but I have noticed

Im gonna say YES! Im a female and I hate to say it BUT women take 2 hrs a day getting ready for work or play and we spend all that time doing hair and make up. Then another hour picking out what to wear. If a guy notices its sexual harrassment but if he doesnt she is totally insulted!!!!!! We do NOT spend all that time getting pretty so YOU DONT notice!!!!!! So if u r soooo obvious you wear something see thru- YES she wants u to look!

If I did it would be for the looks. But since I'm not like that the only instance in which I would wear something see through would be in the bedroom with (hypothetically speaking) husband.

I don't wear see through stuff but people who do should know that they will attract attention.
