i know this isn't a pub/ inn but Leeds Town Hall is haunted. I should know i have to go down into the cellars, where the dungeons used to be :S
There is a pub/inn called The Abbey in Bramley, Leeds. Apparently it has underground tunnels where monks used leading from Kirkstall Abbey, which once was where the monks were. There were many places also in Bramley, Leeds, but many have been knocked down and something else built in their place.
I know york has a lot of haunted places.
Maybe look at the Programme Most Haunted's website, they go all over the UK so im sure you will find a lot for your list.
Hope i helped in some way
heres a link for most haunted it goes through all the series places they visited

Ferry Boat Inn Holywell
The Ferry boat inn reputedly one of the oldest inns in the country and one of the most famous of the haunted inns of Cambridgeshire, stands in the small village of Holywell close to the banks of the river Ouse. A local girl by the name of Juliet Tewslie fell in love with a local woodcutter by the name of Tom Zoul. Tom neglected Juliet and in her despair hanged herself in approx. 1078 on 17th March. Her body was cut down and buried where she had committed suicide at the cross-roads close to the ferry crossing of the river Ouse. It is reported that her lover Tom marked the spot of her grave with a large slab of granite over which the old ferry boat inn was later built. The tombstone of granite can still be seen in the floor of the inn to this day.
Reputed past sightings have included:
* The evening of the 17th March each year is said to bring Juliet rising from her grave in the ferry boat inn at the stroke of midnight.

The Lamb Inn at Pendle, Lancs. Its right at the start of the walk to Pendle Hill, and near the graveyards of some of the infamous Pendle witches. Old Demdyke and such like.
Its spooky I have stayed there. Beware thought he regulars are like in that scene in An American werewolf in London. They stare at you!

York is full of haunted places, I remember visiting one year and buying a book called The Ghost Walk of York and couldn't believe how many there were. Also try Whitby, they always have ghost walks around there. Can't give you any specific names but you could look on Amazon for books.
