Ask his agent i guess.

Those salaries are paid out over time in many instances. Anuities.

I'm puzzled by the Bank that loaned him the money. Why go to Canada? Maybe he applied at US banks and they turned him down.

Other than that, who knows???

it is the American way! do you think these movie stars and singers are paying cash for their multi million dollar condos or houses and other properties? please you know Whitney Houston defaulted on how many mortgage payments and property taxes before she did wind up losing a home an property in either New York or Atlanta?they spend money like it is water on stupid things and illegal things ,that is nothing new.they think the money will never run out,but it does and when they break the law it runs out much sooner.if i were a athlete or singer or actress i could find much better things to do with my money than do drugs or be a alcoholic or break laws in other ways.if you have that kind of money you are stupid and selfish to cater to such unethical activities and deserve to lose it all!

Everything he has done so far is stupid. But it wouldn't surprise me if there is more stuff he has done. He needed that money to fund he real estate invesment and possibly his dog fighting business.

Because he's not thinking straight. Though, paying cash would be a whole lot simplier than paying interest for 30 years, I guess he did it to be able to do more profilin'.

Absolutely not. That's the culture in "The Deep South" to fight and kill dogs, smoke up, and take out unnecessary loans.
