it would sell, but people would find a way around your methods. for example, one extra large, extra thick chocolate shake, one straw, one nostril.

Yes, it is. I mean, do you think someone would want to superglue their lips shut? People want to still eat and loose weight, so that titel would be slightly ironic, lol. Maybe go for a niche market and instead of just writing another diet book that would never sell, target a different, smaller audience, but good enough to make some profit. How about, "20 ways to make you loose 20 pounds...without actually loosing it." I dunno, jsut a thought.

no it wouldn't sell because the instruction won't be that long. it would probably be a 1 page book
