Organic generally means, "containing carbon". So, let's look at each of these things to see if they contain carbon.

HCl - nope. It's an acid, at least once dissolved in water.

DNA - yep. It's a protein. Plenty of carbon in proteins.

Starch - yep. Starches are organic compounds that are related to sugars.

KOH - nope. No carbon. It's a very strong base.

Sodium Chloride - nope. No carbon, not organic. It's a salt. In fact, it's common table salt.

Organic substances have carbon in them - hope this helps. Hcl, koh, Nacl are therefore not organic.not sure about the others.

DNA and starch are organic. organic depends on whether a substance contains carbon.

All the others are organic except H2SO4 and HNO3.
