I was cleaning today when I came across some light green pills hidden behind the tv. They are long, and say watson in the front with the numbers 503.. kinda big too. If anyone knows I really appreciate it. Thanx.

Acetaminophen-hydrocodone Bitartrate it is a pain medication. It is also an opiod (narcotic). If you ever need to identify a pill go to this website.

Watson would be the company that produces these pills, 503 would be the type or number of the pill in their production line. Most likely it is a prescription drug since illegal drugs doesn't have any legal producers. However, if it is prescription medicine and it is not yours, it is illegal to consume it or sell it or give it to some one.
The best thing for you is to discard it in the toilet. If you want to know what the pill is for, go to google type in "Watson + Pharmaceuticals," it should tell you which company it is and on their website they can lead you to what the pill is for by identifying the "503" production number.

It's some kind of Vicodin-related drug. Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. A prescription painkiller. Can be very habit forming. Toss them.

It's hydrocodone/apap - a generic for Lorcet . It's a medium to strong pain killer, class 3 drug - prescription only
