Mine are mainly sore around the nipple but the rest of my breast hurts too just not as bad and not all over. I've noticed that some parts are tender when others aren't.

Well it just depends on your body. Some women's breast hurt like it does during their monthly cycle, while others talk about severe nipple pain. I personally had one or the other between 5 pregnancies. If it doesn't subside after your 14th week, talk to your birth practitioner.

They hurt like crazy!! The skin is stretching and the nipples were the worst! They felt like electric currents were running through them.
