Can anybody tell me why Yahoo 7 decided to publicise Shane Warne's private life on Monday morning on the front of the Yahoo 7 web page, instead of publicising The World Moto GP Champion Casey Stoner? How un-Australian!
I don't know who runs the Australian site but they sure do owe the public an appology as well as Casey Stoner.
If they only carried out a little research on who this talented Australian is they would have!
It's so dissappointing that the media think we give a crap about people like poor old Shane Warne's private life! I bet he's had a gut full of that too!

Please, tell me what you think, and I hope the idiots at Yahoo 7 read this and wake up to themselves!

The headline on Monday was about nothing!!!!!!

No Idea, Personally Casey Stoner is the epitome of a work ethic - deserving of all accolades that come his way
Warnie is a gifted bowler albeit a train wreck in the making - journalism being as it is.......Warnie wins!
Shame ..

It will always be the fact the Zelebrity obsessed general public are that so nosey that the tabloid media are interested in feeding them some crap about some random celebs, even ex-Big Brother TV Z-listers who I couldn't give a **** about, witness the day when both George Best and Richard Burns died, because Best had been a Man U footballer and in the UK we are fed on the belief that we all are obsessed with football, Best took all the attention whereas Burns got very little

I love to think in Spain, if Stoner was Spanish, since Spanish takes motorcycle racing seriously, things would be the otherway around

Hey Rider

Like most big media companies they are more interested in titilation and pandering to the masses with mindless dross, than in reporting hard news that only a minority would be interested in. Nor do they want to promote a sport that- again - doesn't attract a massive following (or much sponsorship for them personally)

Never mind fella - you know he did it - and hopefully when he turns up at Phillip Island as world champion he will get the credit due to him!

Maybe they feel he needs to win a couple more like Doohan before they give a monkeys.

Your right though, it does stink that.
