I mean, like a TV show or something, not a play where only people from your school or town come, but a show everyone watches, or where you get noticed all over your country?

Like most actors, you need to work for it, then be in the right place at the right time with the training, talent and a whole lot of luck on your side. The stars must align for things to work out for you and should do everything you can to make it happen if you really want it. That includes starting off doing shows at school and in your city. You need training so take classes. You need to build a resume, so start small and get bigger roles in doing such. 99.99999% of actors do not come from oblivion and get the role of a lifetime.

After gaining some experience, you can get more by adding student and indie films to your repetoire. Check out backstage.com and actorsaccess.com for audition info. You can also see if your state has a film alliance, commission, etc. Just do a search for your state name and the word film and see what comes up. They often have info on projects filming locally and whether or not they're casting.

Once you have the training and a decent resume then an agent may give you a shot. Agents cost NOTHING up front, they take 10% of your pay after they help find you a job. A list is available on SAG.org

good luck

Briefly, you have to work and prepare for years. You start in your school plays and work your way up to being qualified to audition for such jobs which are found by your agent. there is no short cut to fame, other than a relative who is famous, the rest of us have to work for it.

You'll need an agent, as TV shows (I presume you mean like dramas or whatever) go to agents for actors and actresses, and dont generally hold open auditions.
