After the merger of Thomas Cook AG and MyTravel, the new combined company Thomas Cook plc was formed. The Thomas Cook plc is listed at the stock exchange in London since June 19th, 2007. Since it's a listed company, you won't know who the shareholders are, cos they could be thousands in number.
