Most Middle Eastern nations, that are Islamic. Saudi Arabia, Iran, (not Iraq, I believe.) UAE, etc.
All I know is that in the UAE, if you are an expatriate, you can be deported, if caught in lewd homosexual acts by the CID. Jailed and deported. They are a lot more lenient than other M.E nations. There are lots of gays and lesbians in Dubai, at least they can live together and go places together with out too much trouble.

Sure, Iran. I have always heard it was illegal in Romania, but don't know for sure. Maybe someone here can comment on that.
Many countries in the Middle East are ruled by Islamic law, so homosexuals get tortured and killed there. :(

Yes, there are many. Iran was just mentioned in the news yesterday. Before traveling to any third world countries, it's always best to research what their laws are relating to homosexuals.

it was illegal in the USA until about 5 yrs ago . I think a handful of states may still have sodomy laws on the books . In numerous countries , the authorities will happily kill you for homosexual acts . In the 1700s religeous and civil authorities would kill you in public for gay acts in the US . see the book - GAY AMERICAN HISTORY .

Homosexuality (especially among men) are illegal and when caught, it's an automatic death sentence...
Many Islamic states are that way, too.
