Of course...I am proud to be an American. In fact, when I see others playing around or talking during it, I inform them that they are being disrespectful to all the men and women fighting for that flag and that usually stops the activity that is going on.

Public place yes. And my hubby always takes off his hat! But when a funeral procession is passing us he takes off his hat and holds it over his heart too. Just a matter of respect. But definetely NOT when Roseanne Barr sang it! I was too busy on the couch with my mouth dropped open!

Always. Canadian and American. I have many American friends that have died in this stupid war and it's just respectful to them. Even though I'm Canadian and it's shunned upon.
