They don't help you get pregnant. They recommend taking them so you already have the folic acid that the baby needs. Will not effect your period, might have better hair and nails though. Might wait a few days and re-test first thing in the morning when your hgc level will be higher. Otherwise if morning isn't an option try not to drink too much or you could get a false negative.

i'm uncertain despite if or not prenatal supplementations somewhat help you to get pregnant. yet as with all nutrition, they help your physique refuel. So in case you're actually not getting adequate nutrition out of your nutrients recurring on my own, then supplementations are a solid addition. They certainly are not hurting something. healthcare expert's recommend prenatals as adversarial to many times going on supplementations because of the fact they seem to be slightly greater in calcium and iron and decrease in nutrition A. you won't somewhat be pregnant and basically stressing out motives a late era. or you should possibly be pregnant and basically have very low hormone stages. the main suitable element to do get on a many times going on schedule and attempt to not rigidity too a lot. you will get pregnant lower back while your physique is waiting. =D

No, prenatal vitamins do not help you conceive.

They help reduce/eliminate vitamin and mineral deficiencies that could cause issues in early development (thinking primarily about neural tube defects and folic acid).
