As a kid I often went in to the factory my dad worked in during school holidays to do odd jobs.
I also used to sell fruit & veg on a market stall & do bar work.
All those were cash in hand.
1st real job was with the employers I'm still with 20 years later (it will be exactly 20 years on Friday).
That was in specialist sales, weather data to farmers.
Thankfully I'm not still in that, moved to IT after a year.

I lived in a very small town so I babysat for several kids and ironed for people beginning when I was 14 years old.

Sweeping the floors in a custom hot rod shop. Best summer of my youth. Learned how to weld which was pretty cool at the time. Completely useless skill to me now but working there was pretty cool.

Hostess, Cashier, Clean tables, answered calls to write down the to go orders, and help get the to go orders ready fo the person to pick it up, at El Azabache. This was when i was 13 years old. :*)
