Over the cold i watched an animal documentary and now have a fine blubber level to keep out the cold....???

Believe me, it doesn't work, I've had a thick lining of blubber for as long as I can remember.
Warm clothing in layers. Don't just wear one thick jumper. Wear a vest, then a shirt, then a jumper then a cardigan, then a coat. It's not the clothing that keeps you warm, it's the air trapped in between the layers.
