Do a lecture on Why Not To Drop Mentos Into a Bottle of Diet Coke When In Close Proximity to the Teacher

Just kidding....

the peantu-butter sandwich was a good idea...maybe you could show your class how to make some other easy foods, like ants on a log or something.

This sounds like a fun exercise. Get some colored dividers and label them according to the subjects you learn in school. Then show the class how you did it, the names of the subjects, and how to date each exercise. Put the most current lesson or exercise in front (NOT in the back of the other papers). Also file each divider by alphabetical order, to make it easier. For example, Class Handouts, Homework, English, Math, etc. Good luck.

what about a simple origami (paper folding) project? while there are a lot of very intricate designs, there are also a huge number of much simpler ones which could be taught in about 3 minutes. kids generally enjoy this stuff. just search "origami" on Google and you will find lots of sites with many ideas, including complete diagrams, step by step instructions and animated tutorials ...

some examples of sites offering diagrams (some simple, some complicated):

Look at your talents. What do you do well? Braid hair? Make a pizza bagel? Draw? Play a musical instrument? Make a friendship bracelet? Teach a dog to sit? Origami? Look at what you can do because if you're not confident, it'll show. One you pick a task, break it down into small steps. Good luck.
