For me it's always because my husband is the person that's always around. Also I feel that I hold him some-what accountable for the pregnancy, it takes 2 to tango. =) Just try to eat often and drink a lot of fluids and you won't be that cranky. If it's not any better then just try to communicate with him and let him know what you're going through. If he's a good guy, he'll cut you some slack.

Maybe it's because you realize he "helped" to get you pregnant and so you feel he's partially responsible for your moodiness. Or maybe it's because pregnancy is hard physically and emotionally on women and they feel very alone at times, like they are bearing the burden alone.
Whatever the reason, always fight the urge to lash out at the man. Realize that hormones might be making you feel that way, but you don't have to ACT that way. Your actions are within your control.
Though you may not know it, pregnancy can be tough on them, too, for many reasons.
1. You are having a lot of difficulties that they are powerless to stop or change. Men want to help, but feel helpless when they feel the woman needs them the most.
2. You are carrying the baby and get to feel kicks and other amazing sensations and the man must "sit on the sidelines" and never get to experiencing those things. He can't really "know" his child until 9 long months are over.
3. Your hormones are going crazy causing not just mood swings and irritability, but sometimes even lack of interest in intimacy. Though many men know pregnancy is the reason, they still suffer from feeling rejected and shut out.

Maybe you blame him for being pregnant and feeling these mood swings. That's how I feel at times, it doesn't mean I'm mad I'm pregnant I'm very happy to be having a baby. I get really frustrated to know I had to quit so many bad habits and gain weight and feel sick and all the things that come along with being pregnant, yet he just lives his life the way he always has. I was really bad at the beginning of the pregnancy towards him, but am getting better.

Probably cause they are the one that caused the pregnancy and they are the ones that are around the most. I was that way with all my pregnancy. It does get better though.
