The Nazi leaders did consider the Madagascar plan of deporting minorities from German territory. I think the latest feasibilty study was carried out as late as 1940.
However with Germany at War the possiblity of using all those resources to ship them to Madagascar made the plan unfeasible.
In the meantime, shipping them to German controlled Poland was seen as the next best option - where they could be stored until the Germans knew what to do with them.
Unfortunately, Nazi ideology overruled those germans who wanted to utilise the jewish people as labour.
It was a real tragedy that the West did not step in to stop the mass murder of the jewish people.

This was something I never heard about but, possible. You'd have to prove it. What I know to be true was the Imam of Israel or, Palestine at the time, under British rule was making a deal with Hitler for arms to fight the British, once the British left, to leave Hitler ship the Jews to Israel, as many as possible and, he already started. the deal was to get as many jews together as possible and, then kill them all without effort. The Imam went to Nazi Germany and was into the deal but, Hitler had other ideas that quickly changed his mind, for one thing, Poland. He got greedy and wanted Poland, right now. So, he put the Imam off on another lower echelon colonel and, they put the Imam off. He went back a shunned man.
The British waited yet another year and, instead of turning the country over to the Palestinians, they gave it to the Jews and, the rest is history.

There were some half baked ideas of mass deportations from Nazi Germany. One Idea was to ship them east to Russia (beyond German controlled areas), or yes, more fancifully to Madagascar. I don't think though, it was seriously thought out.

Nonsense. Logistics and facilities were set up for their mass murder.
