if the magistrate says i can't leave town, and i live in kissimmee, fl, does that mean i can't leave and go to orlando, which is right next door??? what exactly does it mean when they say you can't leave town? do they just mean don't go far away, or do they mean i can't even leave kissimmee at all, even if it's only like 5 minutes out of that town??? please answer! thanks!

i would come right back from orlando in less than an hour...and i'm not gonna skip town or anything...so can i just go to a store or something that's like 5 minutes into orlando???

Ask your legal counsel what restriction you have on travel.
Generally, the statement "don't leave town" refers to a significant distance from your home. I think traveling to Orlando is fine provided to return to court whenever it is expected of you.

It mean you do have to stay in Kissimmee if something were to happen and you were pulled over for a routine traffic stop and you were in Orlando you'd be in trouble.

Don't leave town means exactly that. You are not to cross into any other city. 5 minutes in to another city is still another city. Not too difficult.
