If you are vomiting everything - food and water - then this sounds like severe morning sickness or "hyperemesis gravidarum." You are at risk of getting dehydrated which would hurt you and baby. Please call your doctor right away and they can prescribe something like Phenergan or Zofran to help treat the vomiting - and allow you to keep down some fluids and nutrition.
As for stress, you need to take a good look at the causes. Is it work? Family? Your schedule? Make changes where you can, even making some sacrifices if you have to to help reduce your stress levels. Excessive stress has been shown in some studies to have an adverse affect on the fetus.

Most ladies vomit during pregnancy however there is a medical condition where the vomiting is extreme and there can be a danger of becoming dehydrated. Can you keep fluids down? If you think you are that bad tell the doctor and sometimes you have to make sure he doesn't just put you down as just exaggerating normal morning sickness. You may need a drip just to get your fluid balances in order.
If you are just generally queasy and vomit now and again. try not to let yourself get hungry and eat what ever you fancy. (Lay off the banned goods like soft eggs, sea food rare steaks etc)>

I have 2 children as was sick with both from the minute I conceived until the minute I delivered both. Both of my children are very healthy one weighed 8lbs the other 10lbs. Gaviscon liquid is the best thing in the world for heartburn and your doctor should prescribe it free of charge for you. As for the stress bear in mind stress is just a state of mind and you control it take time out for 5 mins everytime you feel you are getting stressed. Good luck x

Unfortunately, a number of girls suffer just like you. Go to your doctor or health visitor NOW just in case you get dehydrated which is bad for you and your unborn baby. Sometimes stress cannot be avoided in real life, so try and have a talk with a friend or relative you can trust to see if you can work things out. You do need help so do not be ashamed to seek it out. Be brave and lucky X

They have some kind of suckers out there... I think you can find them at Toys R Us. Those things I've heard work for morning sickness more often than not. Just make sure you try to stay in a relaxed state and keep drinking sips of water. Hydration is really important.

I couldn't even swallow when I was carrying my second baby. The only thing that saved my sanity, was Complan. A vitamin enriched drink you make into a milk shake, you can get it from the pharmacy. It was the only thing I could keep down, I was constantly sick up to 5 times a day, every day for 5 months. Its worth giving it a go.
